KEY #1 – You

You control your state of mind…

The size of your world is only limited by you…

Your dreams are created by you….

You must be constantly developing and optimizing yourself and your skills to increase your personal value to the world…

To become a person who attracts, keeps, and develops great people, you must first develop yourself in many ways…

Lets go the the word Jim Rohn…

“For things to change you need to change”…

You have to ask yourself what is it that I need to change about ME to live the life that I really want…

“For things to get better you need to get better”…

“Don’t wish it was easier wish you were better”…

“Don’t wish for less challenge wish for more wisdom”…

“Don’t wish for less problems wish for more skills”…

“I Don’t ask that things get easier, I ask that I get better”…

Or as Maltz puts it…

What that means is instead of trying to just get thousands of customer’s…

Focus on less clients, but higher quality, so you can go deeper with your clients…

Simply put…

FOCUS…

Don’t be a “Jack of all trades” and “A master of none”…

The masters, the experts win out…

People, your customers only really want to deal with the best…

Right…

So become the best, the expert in your field…

Remember this…

You must create “Public consciousness” in your marketing efforts…

Look for customers who are looking for you…

It’s better to be first than it is to be better…

Make sure there is pain and urgency in your message or an “Irrational passion”…

This causes an emotional drive from your prospect or customer…

People act on emotion and justify with logic…

Its human nature…

We are all wired this way…

And give away your knowledge and ideas for FREE….

Don’t keep your best ideas a secret…

Share them….

Give them away….

Loose that scarcity mentality…

Why would you want anything else but the best and most talented people in your business, WHY…

Remember “You pay peanuts, you get monkeys”…

When you start bringing people into your business to assist you with your growth (and this better be in your plans or you are NOT planning for success) make sure they are “Drivers”…

Hire Drivers…

Drivers are people who focus on results not work

Big difference…

A Driver has a sense of personal responsibility…

In my world I call this “Taking ownership” or “Taking ownership of the result”…

A Driver is persistent and determined…

A Driver does NOT need to be told what to do…

So, only take on the very best and most talented people you can find…

Yes thats “Find” not “Afford”…

Automate, Automate, and Automate…

Automate the repetitive tasks and outsource the more complex projects…

Systems never fail, people fail…

Automated systems reduce your failure rate and cut your costs…

However, never outsource your core competencies…

Sure take advice, but never out source them…
